What is Southeast LandCo? What is its role in the transaction?
Southeast LandCo is a subsidiary of Linger Longer formed in 2006 to focus on real estate acquisition and development. We will fund some of our development efforts through Southeast LandCo.
Linger Longer seems to have limited coastal experience. Why do you think you are the right fit here?
Our experience along the shores of Lake Oconee and in other environmentally sensitive areas gives us an outstanding perspective. Our focus on preservation and conservation in all of our communities easily translates to the coast, and we have an experienced team of partners and consultants who have worked extensively on coastal projects.
